Pond Clinic
The Lucas Soil and Water Conservation District will host the annual Pond
Clinic on September 4 at 6:00 pm in the St. Luke's Lutheran Church at 20 S
Yondota in Curtice. Come learn how to control weeds and stock fish in your
farm pond. Ask the experts from the Ohio State University Extension and Sea
Grant offices. Several items will be raffled including a ring buoy valued
at $45. Please register by calling 419-893-1966.

The District is accepting sealed bids for the Ford 2002
E-350 Super Duty Cargo Van. For more information, call (419) 893-1966 or
click here for pictures. The van is available to view during regular office
hours. Submit sealed bid to Van Sale, Lucas SWCD, 130-A West Dudley,
Maumee, OH 43537. Bids will be opened at the July 28, 2008, board meeting
beginning at 5:00 PM.
